I am Jaswinder Singh Mavi a senior citizen resides at 669-X, First Floor, Silver Birch, Pocket-2, Mullanpur.New Chandigarh, Distt.Mohali 140901 Punjab. I have made so many complaints regarding a Fake M.Com degree of Magadh Univesity, Bodh Gaya, Bihar , Regd. No.6049 of 1988 , Roll No.PAT-276, for 1992 Exam, held in Feb.,1994, possessed by Smt.Paramjit Kaur, formelry Lecturer Munna Lal Puri Govt.Sr.Secondary School, Mullanpur, Distt.Mohali now Principal, Govt., Sr.Secrondary, School, Phase-11,Mohali, Punjab to D.E.O., SE.,Mohali, D.P.I., SE., Punjab, Mohali as wells , Secy. Education , Punjab. I have produced evidence before Secy., Education, Punjab on 13-08-2018 proving the M.Com Degree of Smt.Paramjit Kaur as bogus Degree. Although on my complaint Sh.Paramjit Kaur was suspended on 13-10-2017 by the then D.P.I. SE., Punjab on the charges of possessing Fake M.Com Degree o, 2017 but was reinstated on 24-11-2017 against a Fake Verification Letter No.CE/VER/526/ 2017 dated 6-11-2017 alleged to be issued by Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh, Gaya, Bihar.
It is very sad that Smt.Paramjit Kaur was not only reinstated in a very hasty manner without any proper inquiry, without going through the actual facts of the case and without affording any personal hearing opportunity to the complainant by the former DPI SE., Punjab but was also promoted by Secy., Education, Punjab in March, 2018 as Principal without verifying the actual facts of the Bogus M.Com Degree inspite of my repeated genuine complaints. It seems that the honesty is only to show but not to apply while deciding such bogus degree cases of the Teaching Staff who are the creator of next generation. I have so many proofs which show that the M.Com Degree of Smt.Paramjit Kaur is a Fake Degree but it seems that genuine complaints are being thrown in the waste bucket by the Education Department. I have personally went thrice to Magadh University, Bodh Gaya,Bihar to collect information in this case and informed the D.E.O SE., Mohali, DPI., SE., Punjab., Mohali as well as Secy., Education, Punjab but no officer has ever tried to unearth the truth. It seems that either the Bogus degree holder is above the law or there is no law in the Education Department.
Now the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya , Bihar vide his letter No.PIO/8074 dated 6-09-2018
has informed me under RTI Act., 2005 which is reproduced as under:

LEKIN POORAV PADADHIKARI KE CROSS KIA HOOA HAI. ESSA DEKHNE SE PARTEE HOTA HAI KE YEH GALAT HAI…”. I have also collected
further information from the concerned college of Patna in this case under RTI Act, 2005 who have also informed me on 27-09-2018 that neither any candidate having passed M.Com Exam., 1992 held in 1994 with Roll No.276 Regd No.6049 of 1988 is admitted in M.Com nor appeared in M.Com Examination from this college.. The said college has provided me photo copies of T.R.Registers being maintained by Magadh University, Bodh Gaya as well as by the college which show there is no person named as Paramjit Kaur with Roll No.PAT-276 mentioned in the T.R.Register. Moreover Sh.Baldev Singh, who was specially deputed by rhe then D.E.O (SE), Mohali to verify this degree from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya has mentioned in his report that this Regd No. 6049 of 1988 is issued to KISE VIDIARTHI by the University. In his report he has never mentioned that this Regd No. 6049 of 1988 is issued to Smt.Paramjit Kaur although he has personally visited Magadh University, Bodh Gaya on 21-08-2017.
It seems that some of the officers/officials are connived with Smt.Paramjit Kaur and are shielding her from any disciplinary/criminal against her and actual facts of the case are being suppressed by the staff of the Education Department in this bogus M.Com Degree case. There is a big racket behind this Bogus Degree case which needs to be exposed. Smt.Paramjit Kaur is cheating the Education Department/ Punjab Govt by drawing salary against Fake M.Com Degree.
I can file affidavit in this regard if asked by any officer of the Education Department proving that the M.Com Degree possessed by Smt.Paramjit Kaur is a Bogus Degree.
Please get this case investigated through the Vigilance Department so that truth may come out and culprit may be punished as per law.
